let's tell your story
There’s so much life happening in the tiniest of gestures, and I am drawn to it all. To the story of it all, and the legacy it’ll leave.
I think that’s why I love to document weddings, because it brings together everyone you love for just one day of celebration. Who knows if everyone will be in one place like that ever again? And to think that my images will continue to tell that story long after I’m gone … whew, that’s a pretty huge feeling.
Yeah, I can gush over the florals and pretty outfits and gorgeous venues — but the heart of what I do will always be about the connections.
Today, I still look at those photos from my childhood and recognize how much love was there. Even if it was all gone tomorrow, I’d remember it because of these photos I can hold in my hands.
And now I get to do the same for my couples. That’s a powerful thing, and one I don’t take for granted. Since jumping back into photography in 2019, I’ve been lucky to work with loads of incredible couples in telling a small slice of their story together.
When I was little, I’d burn through my grandmother’s Polaroid film, snapping photos of anything and everything. Yet my fascination with photos remained firmly a hobby. But when life threw me one hell of a curveball, it was my grandmother — Mimi — and photography that grounded me through it all. After college, Mimi bought me my first “real” camera and pushed me to not let go of photography. It saw me through hard times, and now I get to use it to focus on my best days too.

My ride-or-die
My days off are spent day-tripping to Boston or Providence, finding thrifted gems, or checking out a museum. Or, if I’m being totally honest, doom-scrolling on the couch watching a new series on Netflix.

Find me
For real, if I had to choose one thing to eat for the rest of my life, it’d be ice cream (specifically Ben & Jerry’s “Tonight Dough”). It is absurd that “healthy” stuff like broccoli can’t taste like ice cream.
ICE CREAM IS THE IDEAL FOOD
Fully believe that
I know, and I call myself a New Englander. But this Massachusetts born and raised girl can’t even stand the smell of seafood. Hard pass.
I DON’T LIKE SEAFOOD

Come on, it’s not even close. Give me an iced caramel swirl any day of the week. Actually, I should probably go do a Dunkin run right now …
